1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using scan.tryjass.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. The Service

scan.tryjass.com is a free introductory tool provided by Max Farnon Digital, LLC ("MFD," "we," "us," or "our") that analyzes uploaded resumes against pasted job descriptions to generate a compatibility score and gap analysis. The Site provides analysis only; it does not rewrite or edit your resume.

3. No Guarantee of Results

The analysis provided by the Site is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that:

• You will receive an interview or job offer.
• Your resume will pass any specific applicant tracking system (ATS).
• The gap analysis is exhaustive or error-free.

The analysis is generated by automated artificial-intelligence technology and may contain inaccuracies. It is a guide meant to support your judgment, not replace it.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful information when using the Site.
• Only upload resumes that you own or have the right to submit.
• Not upload files containing malicious code, viruses, or unlawful content.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Site.
• Not use the Site in violation of any applicable law.

5. Fair Use and Availability

The Site is free to use, and we may apply reasonable usage limits (currently a daily scan limit per account) to keep it available to everyone. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any feature at any time without notice.

6. Account Creation

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, and underlying software, is owned by MFD and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. You retain all rights to the content of your resume.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MFD and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MFD harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to MFD.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
